Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Is anyone using one of these contraptions with any success? I saw several brands out there a couple years ago, but don't see much about them anymore. |

Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland | I have two friends that use them on electric-only lakes as back-ups on their batteries. One for each battery. They claim that their batteries stay charged all day. They purchased them at Boats USA. I'm not sure what they paid for them, but know they weren't cheap!!! |

| We've had pretty good luck with ours, except for the fact that they are not supposed to get wet.

Location: Greenfield, WI | Steve, I met with the Batteries Plus people at the Madison Fishing Expo.
They claimed that their best unit was ment to be used on a boat so that it could get wet. It cost about $80.00. They claimed great success with it. |
