Clammer - I think you said you're around St. Germain so based on that I'd lean Suzuki. (The 90, 115, and 140 all share the same block).

Northern Edge is the state's largest Suzi dealer - that'd be worth something to me -, they're just a half hour from you, their motor will probably cost less than the Yamaha, you get Suzi's new five year warranty, and the motor uses a chain vs. a belt which will have to be replaced at some point.

Plus I'll offer reckless speculation and say you can get the 140hp for less than $1,500 more than the 115 which will be tempting.

With supply chain issues, it's hard to say who will have what, however. Honda makes a good motor but they are heavier than others. They're coming out with a new 140hp, so maybe you can find a deal on a remaining 135, but I can't speak to if there's a dealer close to you or not for service. Cincy raises a good point about Honda parts availability.
