I have a 2019 1880 with a 200 Pro XS and 9.9 kicker. We mainly troll for walleye and muskie with three big guys in the boat. It has plenty of room for it, and I have had 4 guys casting out of it as well. It's a fishing beast and you will never look back; it gets up to 53 MPH at 5800 RPM, there are 500 RPM to go but no one has figured out the correct prop to put on that motor to maximize it. I have searched all the forums and 50-53 MPH seems to be what guys get out of the 200 Pro XS regardless of glass or aluminum. I converted the live well to dry storage as we don't keep any fish. You can hold 14 3700 plano boxes in there if you do. My only complaint is that I wish I would have gotten the 2080 for more horse power and a little more room if your budget allows. Mine didn't at the time. Definitely get the dual axel trailer and front boarding steps though. An 80 pound thrust 60" shaft works just fine for the bow and lasts all day.
