I have a couple birds and they are like 0.2 different, and a lowrance that's about 1.0 but my garmin is another 1.0 higher yet. I don't think it's depth related I think it's just the resistor isn't the best technique to get temp, but it really doesn't matter as it's all relative warmer/cooler areas. Not 71 vs 72
