| im not familiar with that exact setup so cant give a recommendation, but you should be able to get the hole shot you want with tuning. you might end up giving back some top speed. I fish a lot of big water and holeshot and low on plane speed are priority for me. ive had to tune every boat ive had to get the performance i need.
besides all that is mentioned above, try as best you can to make sure weight is balanced in the boat. i know that seems obvious but have seen this many times as its easy to pile stuff into the back of a boat.
also...if you have not try fiddling with the vent plugs on the prop, if they are all plugged you might get what you need just with that...edit i see stock bravo 1 does not have the PVS system so thats not going to help
i would maybe try a REV4 on it, its more of a stern lift prop from Merc site:
"Offers more stern lift than the Bravo I FS to improve the angle of attack in certain applications"
