i still think the 690 series Ranger are the best boat for what you stated. Followed by the shallow hull 620's. If i was getting something newer id go Tuffy 2060, there is a lot of bang for your buck in a 2060

i dont think the bass pro Ranger is going to be Forrest Wood Ranger. Already seeing that in some customer service for older boats.


my current boat is very very similar to a 690. I have a 96' stratos 219F. im trying to find out what the base price on the 1890s, 2060s, and 2100s are, tuffy has the worst website i the boating world, hands down, their boats are very popular here in southern wi. Id like ot have one, but i dont like feeling that its a privelage to get info from a company that im looking at spending a lot of money with
