I think Nitro and Ranger would be the two I'd look at in that 19 to 20 foot range. New or used. They will just take the Bay better than the others.
Skeeter, though, has a lot of plusses for it in that size range. Yah, I'd throw Skeeter in there, too.

I run a 619 VS and it is perfect for lakes and the Bay. I love it. My buddy runs an 1880 Ranger, and that is a good one, too.
