Thanks everyone for suggestions.

I ended up going with the Brew City CT360, rail mount style with a spare so I can use up front or in rear. Installation was pretty easy and so far it seems to work good, but I haven't used it for muskie fishing yet. Notes:

- Tried driving 3-4 mph, seems stable enough.
- Very stable when up driving.
- Mounting mechanism makes it easy quickly move to different mounting location or store.
- Goes deep enough to shoot across the boat. Depth can be adjusted for shallow water as well.

Looking forward to trying it out during the muskie season. My first impression is perspective mode will be a major game changer. The other modes seem harder to use, but maybe their utility will become apparent after more time.
