Location: Duluth		Repower, no brainer. Recently put a new engine on my 23 year old SeaArk and its like a new boat........I also wouldn't repower with Merc, but that's just my opinion.

Just make sure transom and mounting hardware are up to snuff. Have seen a few repowered rangers drop their engines, all due to mounting larger engine on soggy transom.
