I've had both the Terrova and (currently have) the Xi5. I would have gone with another Terrova but my current boat had the Xi5 on it when I purchased it. I've been pretty pleased with it. Haven't had any issues with the Motorguide so far. It does seem like the remote is just a little smaller than the Terrova's, which I like. I've yet to even try the foot pedal.
