I plan on getting an Ulterra for my older 18' Pro V. Is there any kind of formula that can be used to determine the correct shaft length? I did a search and didn't find anything, but maybe didn't use the right parameters. Probably be my last trolling motor purchase, so would like to get it right. And shaft length is the only thing I am unsure of.
