Live in city of Chicago now and used to live in Evanston, so I know what you mean about Lot size/limited options. Not sure its a brainstorm, but if you've got enough garage height(or willing to raise roof) consider a lift for boat/trailer with vehicle underneath. Having rig at your disposal may open your mind to new offseason angling opportunies south, east and west as well.
