I was always under the assumption evinrude was poor quality like dodge as that is the narrative online. Feel bad for the employees, aren't they going to be manufacturing something else though?

Our experiences at the tournaments across the country indicate the Evinrude outboards after the Ficht were well built, powerful and fast with good fuel economy. The anglers we know well were very happy with them. I'd say there was no more incident of issues than with Yamaha or Merc.

I run a Tundra, which has been a good truck, and Keith has had 2 Dodge RAM models over the last few years with good luck to date.
