Location: SW Ohio		What is a good tape to wrap rails when using Down East rod holders? I picked up 3 unused ones today for $25. I have Folbe holders now but use one set for my bikini top in the summer. I want to be able to raise and lower the rods by pivoting the down east holders. Thanks.
