Like Steve said, the removable rear deck is a must. Bike seats/poles a close second. I always get a Hamby's keel protector and not the cheap taped on one. I always get a second pump on the livewell because I usually put a big fish in there just to get rods, baits, and the net out of the way for pictures.
The only other thing I can think of off hand is a piece of rubber mat on the port gunnel where the side rod rack is because the wide reels we use will bang up the fiberglass. Ranger actually has a part number for it now.
Of course, it was my idea but I have NO IDEA what the part number is!
