Finished the season on the river and ready to winterize my boat. I have a heated pull shed with running water. Motor is a 2015 Mercury Pro XS 175 Optimax.
On a standard 2 stoke, you can fog the motor until it quits by spraying fogging oil into the intake. QUESTION: Can this also be done on an Optimax?? What are the pros and cons on doing so. I also plan to spray a little in the spark plug holes and turn the motor over.
