Location: deephaven mn		could be a blown fuse also and there should be a label telling what each fuse is foe on the back side of fuse box cover
could be a loose or broken wire also. if your livewell pumps works swap out the working pump with your bilge pump most likely same size and swap bilge pump with livewell pump that should give you your answer where the flaw is
