Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | The Esox Magnum went to all composite floors and decks in 2006 and a composite transom several years later. There are a few prototypes out there built with a type of composite we tried out earlier. No way to tell without pulling back the carpet to look at the floor. When you get the boat make sure there are no unsealed holes anywhere. Remove the motor mounting bolts one at a time, goop them up with silicone, and reinstall. Old unsealed holes and the motor mounts are where trouble begins. Check the transom cap too. |
