For the Lowrance Hook 2 I want to make sure I have LOTW and Eagle lake maps and even more. From what I can tell the hook 2 only has US waters installed. Not sure at all, as I just purchased this boat with this unit installed both on the dash and up front. I have not had a chance to use it yet. Question is what chip do I need for Ontario? I don't want to over purchase and have a redundant map if it's already in the unit.

Then since safety is no accident, I would like to have a handheld ship to shore (Marine Radio) on board. Any suggestion as Cabelas limits the product details and a 50 mile distance at a minimum would be preferable. I really don't want that giant antenna on the boat again. I just don't trust a cell phone and prefer to have this covered just in case.
