I’m of the opinion that the Classic is very stable. That being said when it gets real rough 4-5ft plus waves you can’t drive with reckless abandon you need to be mindful of how you are hitting the waves. It’s really pretty dry iv seen guys comeback soaked in other bigger boats and were pretty much dry. But driving has a good deal to do with that at times. Not sure what the top end is with a 50 tiller but a 60 it’s about 32-33 with two guys and gear. If that helps and honestly I think that boats a dream to run at 27-28 mph and normally don’t see a reason to go above that.
