Location: Michigan		1 - Remove stickers and sticker residue from previous owner
2 - Purchase a new transom saver
3 - Install a bow guard/shield (maybe install a keel guard later)
4 - Install non-slip mats on certain parts of gunnel
5 - Replace trailer bunks (wait until weather is nice)
6 - Replace entire boat flooring and install vinyl instead of carpet

1-5 are pretty easy and won't be a problem. 6 will be a huge undertaking and time commitment.
