This might not be the right forum to discuss but the new Mercury 300 8 cylinder motors seem to have the same hole shot or ability to get on plane and the 350’s do, just a little top end speed difference, correct?


The V8's are the strongest torque motor on the planet. Incredible hole shot. As far as the 350, it is really hard to keep up to the power developed by a supercharger when its pumping air at full capacity. Enjoy!!
