1) Get my skeg repaired- Doesn't seem like any marine shop wants to do this job.
2) Install a hydrofoil for better hole shot with a heavy load
3) Install a charging port for my battery charger.
4) Move a deep cycle battery to a starboard compartment for better weight distribution. Battery is only used for electronics.
5) Order a Just Encase box to fit between my seats at the helm for more storage.

On your #2...If you are going with heavy load, I would think your better option is a lower pitched prop. If your rig is set up correctly, the foil will be out of the water once you are on plane...it won't be doing anything...
