Go to a 14 inch D rated tire if you can. You can get rims cheap online. Higher weight and speed ratings. You'll need a good 2.5 to 3 inches of clearance around your wheels. I trailer 17 hours to MN and wanted the extra insurance. I got Kumho 857s, but Endurance came out right as I was getting them and are rated good. Mine have around 7k on them and have been solid. I researched it and Carlisle was not good. Maxxis was Ok. I went with Kumho from a professional's recommendation.


im going to look into going up a size as well, but i dont think i have the space around the fender to do that. if so, ill try the maxxis..
