Looked at a used VS the other day at the dealer. The FS models were sitting beside it. I personally feel like the FS has been skimped on the “building legends one at a time”. Buddy has had Rangers 619, 620, 621 vs. Never a complaint and never an issue. So many problems with his FS. The post above talked about look behind the panels. Yes indeed. Stuff falling apart inside, stuff lose, not rigged right, cheap panels, heck even his trailer busted.
Is it a nice boat yes. It’s awesome, but I think the care put into building them now has gone down. I mentioned it to the salesman and he said “tell me about it! I have to sell these Ranger/Nitros, they are not once what they were and I’ve sold them for years.”
Would I buy one yes. I have always owned Rangers and love them. Just disappointed in some of the changes I personally think have taken place.
