i bougth it in jan 2011 and put it on my 14,5 tin boat with the future boat in mind and was really happy with it . one spring 6 years later first day hit a stump and it stopped ! back home i disassembled and found the brushes stuck off the armature and could have just cleaned it but since open i replaced brushes+springs !cheap parts too ! everything was almost like new inside , it is still running perfect .
