Location: Northwest Wi.		RAM, I had a similar problem on a 2008 Suzuki DF140. Did all the right things, New gas, Gas additive, new filters, new spark plugs, drained the FVST..Only to find I had a pinched fuel line were it goes into the motor housing in the front of the motor..My motor ran fine but would not exceed 4300 RPM. Pinched line was it. At least now I have a clean fuel system. Runs like a top.
