The seal kit is usually $20-$30. You might as well put in a new impeller as long as you’re doing it for a few extra dollars. Not a hard job to do yourself but you may want a friend to help to provide an extra set of hands. Lots of videos on YouTube to help you. There is a great video there that shows how to easily remove the prop shaft seals using a pair of drywall screws. I used them to remove mine this summer and had them changed in 10 minutes. Figure on maybe an hour or longer to do the whole job. A dealer will prolly charge $200-$300.
