Liquid nails works fine. I ran all my wires under the gunnel and used the cheapest hangers I could find from Walmart.

Hooks look like this, peel the adhesive off and put a dab of liquid nails on it. Prep your surface by wiping it down with a wet rag. Let your dab of liquid nails tack up a bit, then stick it where you want it. Pull it off, and put it back on this will help tack it uonome more and speed up drying. Let it sit for a few hours. Then hang your wires. Will be fully cured in 24 hrs. You'll never see the wires again, unless you need to pull them down.
