Location: Hayward, WI		What about taping something on? Some of the 3M body trim type tape is pretty darn sticky, but could still be removed if you wanted.

Also wondered about using adhesive backed velcro, depending on what the wire holders you have look like. My suggestions may come from my dislike of doing anything totally permanent to boats if I can help it, like drilling holes, etc...
