Location: Sycamore, IL		Curlytail- I have a 90hp tiller with hydraulic power steering and wouldn't want to go without it. I can't imagine running a larger motor without power steering. I had the bolt that holds it in place break a few weeks ago and ran it with out for a couple of days...so if you are concerned with the system crashing you would not be dead in the water. Just remove the bolt that links the motor to the controls. Take care...
