That is fish reveal. Turn it off if you dont want the line. It is usually caused by having the 2d and 3D mounted at different levels. It is also influenced by the sensitivity setting in fish reveal. Fish reveal combines 2d with 3d in the image with the highlighted area above the fish or structure and is doing this on the bottom of your pic.
