I as Jerry am interested in hearing what happens. The problem I have seen is inrush current at start up. This is worse in larger units. Also todays powers supplies can draw a ton of current at turn on. Any resistance inline during this leads to voltage drop, which in some case can be enough not to turn unit on. This resistance can be caused by degraded connections, fuse holders, insufficient wire runs, etc. I have fixed the fuse holder issue 3 times temporiliy by coating the fuse contacts with vaseline. That was enough to get us running temporailiy. Good luck and I hope it just plugs in and works for you!
