I'd say that's pretty close as well.

I have a 17' Starcraft Superfisherman with a 115 4 stroke. Loaded with gas and gear I can get about 40mph, well used too but that's another thread.

Prop will make a huge difference. It all depends if you are making long rungs and willing to give up some holeshot.
