Location: Minnesota.		Andy, with all due respect, what works well IS rather expensive for garage floors. A few friends have gone the cheap(er) route and they all look like crap after 1-2 yrs.

I did the commercial thingy. $pendy but well worth it - it's the epoxy and "chips" mix that is extremely durable.

I'm too poor to buy cheap, really. These are thr local folk I used and it's wonderful and lasting.
