Location: Vilas County, WI		Hull Hugrs rubbed the clear coat right off my new aluminum Lund after a week long trip (the boat stayed in the water the whole time). I was P. Off!! They were hanging straight/flat downward. Round fenders will roll - these slide up & down or swing side to side with the rocking of the boat.

Flat surface on flat surface = friction = unhappy boat owner.
