Yeah, maybe it was partially due to the redesign in 2015, but the entire FS series has the easily scratched and cheap feel with an abundance of plastic surrounding the helm. I understand why they went to the flat gunnels for track systems, but they didn't have to make those 90 degree sharp edged corners, especially on inside where they're not as comfortable to lean against and easily chipped. I'm not making this into a gripe session, because I still think Ranger makes a good product, it's just not as good as it used to be IMHO.
