I fish rivers out of my 14ft princecraft 142 tiller. It has a very flat bottom and does no have a big v in the front. Works very well with a 55lb minnkota hand control up front. I run scotty rod holders on mine, i bolted 4 small oar locks(at 3am in the back of the lodge motel on north webster) and use the oar lock mounts. I like the minimal area it takes up in the boat.
