The FS fisherman series Rangers have nonskid rubber flooring that's growing on me, and will probably prefer it over carpet in the long run… especially when it's wet. I've had to re-glue some of the edges/corners already and can see this as a little bit of an issue moving forward. I've been doing some rigging in the new boat and can tell you that it's hard on the knees/elbows and not nearly as comfortable to roll around as carpet, same deal with kneeling to get into compartments... but in the long run I think it's going to be more functional than carpet.
