I had a Lund 315 Guide boat with a 30 hp Mariner tiller. It was made in Shell Lake. I believe Lund bought out Shell Lake Boats in the 70's and put the Lund name on their hulls until they quit making them altogether. It was a great boat to fish out of for small waters. Nice and stable.
