Make sure to use something good like PB blaster. I'd recommend spraying it down once a day for a couple days before trying to break it loose. If it does break loose may sure to working it up and down slowly in steps. In other words have the shaft rotate up a little bit and than go back down, than go up again but a little bit higher than back down, continue this tell you are all the way up. Think of it like cutting a thread and breaking off a chip, same concept but with rust. I also sent you PM. Good luck!
