What specific fisherman series are you looking at?

-619 2000-2006 are basically the same layout, 2007-2014 is when they changed the hull, flared out the front casting deck and the finishes are stainless steel compared to wood. Made the boat a little longer as well. IMO if you get anything 2007 or newer your in good shape. 2015 They switched to the FS model which has a redesign hull and interior.

-620 2000-2005 are basically the same. They changed the hull in 2007 which is considered the worst hull designed ranger created for rough water. If you look at them you can notice that they look more like a bass boat. That hull only lasted 1 year before they changed to the 08 hull which is a good hull. The 08 hull stayed the same until 2012 where they redesigned the interior and hull again. 2015 they changed to the FS hull

-621 is very similar to the 620.
