So I just bought a boat from WI and registered it here in MN last week. I had one bill of sale for the boat/trailer package and the original 'WI certificate of origin' for the trailer. The bill of sale didn't list a separate price for the trailer, so I printed out the NADA estimated value for the trailer. They used that value to calculate the taxes I needed to pay. No questions asked.
