Location: Elk River, Minnesota | I think this is a great idea for organization. The location of the baits isn't bad as it is right up front. I would, however, agree with the sentiments of others that there are a bunch of hooks that you can get into if you happen to slip and fall, or just step wrong.
A quick modification I could see here would be to get another piece of lexan, mount it vertically (using L brackets) in front of the baits, far enough in front to slide the baits in. That way you would have protection from the baits, while having quick access to them at the same time.
