If the 12v outlet in the boat is loose/big for multiple different charger cords, that sure seems to be the most likely source of the problem. If those chargers are jiggling inside the outlet rather than making a tight connection, it could create a short that would pop the internal fuse in the charger cord.

Bad parts happen, start there with a new outlet. Heck, maybe the boat company will send you a new one so that it matches. If not, they're inexpensive and easy to replace.
