Location: Mayville, WI		How much do you want to spend? The first one that pops into mind is a Lund Alaskan - here's one I found on a quick CL search for MN: https://duluth.craigslist.org/boa/6053593825.html

Of course you could get a Hewescraft or something similar like they run in Alaska too (more $$$ though). Alumacraft and crestliner both make their own version of resort boats as well.
