Buy yourself some of this stuff, walk around your boat and spray this stuff on after each time when you put it on your trailer, when you get back to the starting point, walk around it again and wipe it off with a towel.
I try to do it every time unless the mosquitos are ready to carry me away.
Your boat will look show room new. Then at the end of the year give it a nice hand polish and you will be good to go.
