Yes, both batteries will be charged, but it will take twice as long or longer than charging just one.


Is it hard on either battery doing this? I was considering doing it with my starting motor and my separate motor for my kicker/electronics. Right now they are separate and only have 1 onboard charger so the starting motor doesn't get anything other than the alternator. I considered combining in parallel but am cautious.
