Subject: Charging Battery Question

Probably a dumb question, but I just bought new batteries and I want them to perform as best as possible for the year. I have a 2/10/50 amp portable charger which has options for 'Conventional Low Maintenance' and 'Maintenance Free Deep Cycle'; my question is what is the best way to charge my starting battery? It is a size 24 Marine starting battery and has 625 cranking amps. I usually like to charge it overnight so do I charge it at 2 amps and use the Conventional Low Maintenance option?

Thanks in advance!
