This question is in a class of it's own. My friend had a Yamaha 225 on a Lund 2025, and now has the 300 Verado on a 621. He misses the old boat due to what he states is an overly sensitive engine. I've never been in it and have limited time on a 70 hp Suzuki on my end. He has had no problems with it, but minimal time on the water. Check with the Walleye Tournament guys, they may have a better opinion.
